Adrienne Malek
Operating Partner Vice President, Waterproofing & GEO - ICP Group
Adrienne brings operational and financial leadership experience in specialty coatings and building products. She played a key role in scaling Pli-Dek through its transition to private equity ownership and currently serves as Vice President of Waterproofing & GEO at ICP, the platform that acquired the company.
At Zember Group she focuses on operational execution and building the systems required to support scalable platform growth.
Louie Zember

Louie Zember spent more than 20 years owning and operating a specialty coatings subcontracting business, giving him firsthand experience in the markets Zember Group serves.
He has also been active in real estate investment and brokerage, representing more than $100 million in transactions and investing in distressed properties and private lending.
As an investor in Zember Group, Louie provides financial perspective and supports disciplined capital deployment.
